Companies of the Future

Our annual flagship publication, Companies of the Future (CotF), is the oldest and largest employer branding publication in South Africa. It is an informative publication that provides a rare insight into South Africa’s top working professionals and employers.

CotF contains a wide range of interviews with working professionals who share their thoughts and experiences about their employers, careers and aspirations. The publication also features a range of editorial material and the results from Magnet’s Student Survey which rank South Africa’s top 30 employers.

CareerCompass

Magnet’s career development guide, CareerCompass (CC), is a directory of South Africa’s most successful employer brands and corporate giants within the fields of commerce, engineering, science, hummanities and law. This highly popular annual career guide is indispensible for any student planning his or her career. It provides relevant and up-to-date information and advice gathered from career development professionals working at South Africa’s universities. And, in addition to this, we publish information about a range of career opportunities available. It is here that students have the opportunity to learn about internships, bursaries and the recruitment needs of South Africa’s top employers.

Destination: the Future

Destination: the Future (DtF) is an acknowledged leader in employer branding for senior, mid-tier and young professionals. Based on our independent Professionals’ Survey, DtF delivers information that helps employers strenghten their brand, and simultaneously provides young professionals with an opportunity to share their insights into their working lives with their peers. The content of the publication is additionally shaped by our close relationship with accredited professional associations and university alumni across the country.
