The foundation of our employer branding model is our independent, self-funded research, which provides a depth of knowledge about the employee market in South Africa. In 2010 we elicited responses from over 38 000 university students, 13 000 professionals and 500 MBA students. |
Our research tells us who South Africa’s IDEAL™ Employers are. This knowledge forms the basis of our three annual employer branding publications aimed at university students and professionals: Companies of the Future, Destination: the Future and CareerCompass. |
